We had a great time at our company retreat last week at the Four Seasons. Our day was facilitated by Lauren Russo from The Creative Executive, and filled with long-term planning, goal-setting, professional development and team building. One of our favorite activities was the 16Personalities Test which defines your personality type and individual traits. We learned a lot about ourselves and each other after taking the test. It was a great way to start a dialogue about our workplace habits and how we can best communicate and work together.
