Buie & Co. has partnered up with local developer Pearlstone Partners and Miami-based Newgard Development Group to launch Natiivo™, a revolutionary new brand by NGD Homesharing that is redefining the hospitality industry. Powered by Airbnb and set to open in 2021, the new Austin property will be the first hotel to offer unit ownership with a built-in homesharing amenity.
With a concept as exciting as this, you can imagine Buie & Co. jumped at the chance to flex its creative, PR and marketing muscles. From media and community outreach to event planning, advertising and social media, our team has rolled up its sleeves and gone all in.
We love representing Austin on a national scale and enjoy helping visitors discover the magic in our great city. In addition to supporting sales and growing the brand, Buie & Co. is helping fill the hotel with notable pieces from Central Texas’ finest doers and makers. From coffee roasters and artists to furniture makers and textile enthusiasts, we’re proud of our relationships and the ability to bring together a diverse group of people with a shared passion: make great things that will stand the test of time.
