Jed founded Buie & Co. at the end of 2012. He leads the firm’s government relations practice and business development efforts and also oversees operations and finance. When he’s not talking on the phone or at City Hall, he is spending time with his family and cheering on his beloved Longhorns.

Kate oversees media strategy and training and helps lead public advocacy for Buie & Co. When she’s not writing pitches or position papers, she can often be found scrolling through the latest headlines, relaxing with her nose in a book or hiking and biking around Lady Bird Lake.

Sarah leads the public involvement practice for Buie & Co. and helps clients facilitate communication, build common ground and bring together diverse stakeholders. When she’s not working closely with community members, she can often be found rooting on the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Gretchen manages the financial and operations process for Buie & Co. When she’s not diving into Excel or sending invoices, she can be found browsing a local bookstore, working on her latest craft project or making Lego creations with her son.

Ana leads event planning and brand marketing strategy and supports Buie & Co.’s media relations services. When Ana is not executing a brand activation or working on copy, she can be found curating playlists at a local coffee shop or out on the town with a film camera in hand.

Megan oversees day-to-day account work to make sure projects are moving forward and exceeding the client’s expectations. When she’s not writing a press release or leading a meeting, she’s usually trying to finish the New York Times crossword or testing out a new cookie recipe.

Natalie collaborates with clients on events, public relations and public involvement projects by fostering relationships with stakeholders. When Natalie isn’t helping clients engage with the community or writing, she loves to snuggle her pets, read, and ride bikes with Team Snacks.

Jamal provides support in developing written or creative collateral, internal tracking documents and event coordination for Buie & Co. When Jamal is not developing collateral or at an event, he enjoys drawing and exploring various art styles/forms for inspiration and playing video games.

Kate leads the Creative Department, working to create or elevate our clients’ branding by crafting core messages down to their clearest and freshest visual form. When Kate is not designing, she is either cooking new recipes or outside with her dog.

Albert provides support with visual and brand development, creating brand guidelines and design collateral for clients. When he’s not researching brand trends or producing content, he can be found gaming, binging the latest sci-fi series, or winding down by perfecting his embroidery.

Susan specializes in building intuitive, user-friendly and accessible websites for Buie & Co.’s clients. When not behind a computer, she can be found dancing, traveling, and learning new languages.
